Are you immediately available and have minimum 5 years’ experience as a professional Receptionist? Professional

This is a varied position incorporating reception, administration duties, extensive liaison with clients and assisting on the PR and Events portfolio.
Our client based in the CBD is seeking your professional expertise to join their well-established team. REQUIREMENTS:
Matric with relevant tertiary qualifications
Reception and events experience
Exceptionally well-groomed and very articulate
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Available to work on Saturdays
Handling a small switchboard professionally
First point of contact to all clients and suppliers
Manage Boardroom bookings
Assist the Financial Manager with adhoc duties
Dealing with telephonic and email queries
Liaise with courier services online and telephonically re collections and deliveries
Ordering and managing all stationery requirements
Liaise with service providers
Manage filing systems
Ability to problem solve and deal with enquiries
Salary:   Dependant on experience
