Facilities Coordinator: Services

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a competent Facilities Coordinator for their Services division. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the compliance of Contracts with Vendors and the Service level Agreements with internal and external Stakeholders.

Assists with or performs administrative tasks
Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency.
Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and client service
Monitors department issues and client complaints by
Regularly audits work being done and client service being .
Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, personally give recommendations on job duties to ensure highest quality of work.
Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres.
Relevant 3 to 4-year degree/NQF Level 5/6 in Business or
8-10 years' experience in industry knowledge.
Minimum Experience should be at least 3 years in a facilities management environment
Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management, service level agreement and financial budgeting.
